I’ve been doing research into masking and social distancing guidelines, particularly whether it’s really necessary to mask outdoors and how behavior should change once thoroughly immunized.
Then a couple of days ago I decided I should just follow the guidelines for the CDC, state of California, and county of San Diego (where we live). Those guidelines are quite probably flawed and err on the side of caution, but they’re better than anything me and Dr. Google can come up with.
Because “do your own research” is how you end up going full Qanon.
So that means continuing to mask and social distance indoors, and mask when I can’t social distance outdoors, which is what I’ve been doing ever since that became a thing.
Though in two weeks Julie and I can go inside and be around other people! Unmasked, if all the other people are vaccinated! Woo-hoo!
