An anti-masker is suing a local San Diego supermarket for refusing her entry. [Ken Stone/Times of San Diego]

Amber Lynn Gilles previously flamed a Starbucks employee in a social media video that went viral, and led a nationally famous mask burning in a local San Diego park.

She’s claiming she’s medically unable to wear a mask and the Americans with Disability Act requires businesses to accommodate her. But the ADA specifically exempts businesses from accommodating customers who pose a danger to others.

I’d love to see somebody sue anti-maskers for jeopardizing the rest of the population.
